- Penthouse Lounge and smaller rooms available for full day rental for $4000 on Fridays and Saturdays. The space will be available from 10AM to Midnight
- A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed to the Penthouse reservations.
- Penthouse Lounge and smaller rooms are available for hourly rental at $450 per hour on Fridays and Saturdays with a 6- hour minimum plus cleaning.
- Hourly rentals are available for all three spaces on individual bases every day of the week except for Fridays and Saturdays.
- Penthouse Lounge and small rooms can be rented individually and on hourly basis from Monday through Thursday for $250 and $100 respectively with a 4-hour minimum, cleaning included
- Hourly rental time to include set up and tear down.
- Linens and sound equipment usage require additional fees.
- Flameless candles are encouraged but real flames can be used if enclosed within glass
